The 21

I woke up insultingly early this morning and grabbed a motherfucking pop-tart (if you haven’t read some of my previous Diary entries, that will probably make zero sense to you) and jumped on the computer to get my writing day started. Before I did, I made some eggnog laced coffee and opened up The 21.

What are The 21, you ask?

Every day, before I write, I simultaneously open all the links in a folder titled “Writing,” in Chrome that contains the following links:

The Church of Erotica

Throughout the day (usually, after I get off work) I gradually close each one as I process it. The 19th of these, The Church of Erotica, is the blog belonging to one of the Bad Girls of Erotica, Alana Church, which I recently (like, yesterday) discovered. It’s kinda raw, and an exciting read. It’s currently the only blog I read. So that should tell you something. If you haven’t read it yet, check it out. Comment. Tell her Alexa sent you. 😊

Anyway, thanks to how early I woke up I ended up writing a total of six hours, completely finishing my romance novel under a pen name. I’m about to throw it through Grammarly/beta readers/editor tomorrow and then slide on over to J.Cs. universe for a supernatural horror story. I had to reassure him all day today that it wasn’t going to be a porn story, and I think he doesn’t believe me. He genuinely thinks I can’t write a non-erotica book.

I’m about to show this motherfucker. 😛

Because of how much I wrote, I haven’t had time for much else. I watched an episode of Lucifer on Hulu with the brother unit and his fiancée, played some Witcher for an hour, and talked on the phone with the girlfriend unit for a bit.

That’s pretty much been my day.

I can’t wait for tomorrow.

So much writing to get done…
